“The tour was so expensive, over $400, and I was expecting much more. When first checking in, the first interaction is a guy directing people with a rude tone of voice and short temper. The tour guide talked throughout the tour, but we couldn’t hear her and she needs to put the microphone closer to her mouth. The tour guide did not allow people to ask questions and worst was that she didn’t stop in key places to allow the participants to take pictures. My wife annd I were so disappointed and upset, and also heard comments from the other participants. Overall experience was horrible and a waste of time…”
