“Unfortunately we had trouble finding the actual museum due to the size of the grounds. We were late to our meeting time. We still were able to access the museum and were told we may meet up with our guide (each group gets a specific color sticker). Once inside we were able to find our group. The guide refused to give us the listening devices which he had in his bag. He was knowledgeable about the art and it would have been great to listen via the earpiece rather than have to follow him around closely to hear. It very much felt like we were getting punished for being “tardy”…”
