“Mani was awesome! The tour was excellent. The Appian way is quite bumpy and extremely busy on Saturday.. try to book during the week for less crowds of walkers/strollers/ cyclists. You need to be comfortable with riding in traffic/ bumpy terrain/gravel paths. For my family it was perfect. My son (19) used no motorized option for exercise, my husband and I 65 and 58 both used level 1 motor on some of the ride to make it very enjoyable. Our guide is local and an amazing athlete who enjoys sharing his history of the area and his passion for cycling. I’m sure they tailor this for all levels of cycling…”
